Development Issues Consult Ltd is a strategic management and capacity development organization that specializes in socio-economic issues and capacity building for public service delivery agencies and private-sector businesses.
Founded by a group of social scientists committed to African development and registered in Nigeria, DICL combines extensive experiences in socio-economic development analysis and capacity building to provide clients with sustainable services.
DICL is well focused on creating the highest possible value for our clients, (Public, Private Businesses, International Organizations and Civil Society Organization). We guarantee transparent solutions based on in-depth evaluation and analysis, thus creating a platform for positive change for all stakeholders; Directors and Management, Workers, Trade Unions and the consumers.
Our activities include re-structuring and strengthening organizations that implement or monitor the execution of policy/program development.
In addition, other core areas of our services are improving the quality and enhancing the use of management consulting, research and training; developing and strengthening the specific skills that will enhance the quality of management of the organizational goals and aspirations among other things. We therefore tailor our services to suit and address the client’s needs.

Work with Public and Private Sector authorities (Managers) to develop appropriate initiatives and practices that result in improved service delivery to their clients
Work with stakeholders to implement economic and development intervention programs that show evidence of best practices and practical approach to meet the needs of the targeted beneficiaries.
Work with organizations to identify their training needs, design programs to address the identified needs, such that leads to improved performance and service delivery
Promote public institutions accountability and reform in such a way that brings about sustainable positive changes in the quality of public service delivery through training and capacity building.
Facilitate the development of capacity for the generation, synthesize, dissemination and use of policy and research knowledge.
To do any other act, or carry out activities, incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objectives of the company.
